Beverly Hills, Not What I Want to Drink

Alright folks! So I just got back from Atlanta, where I went on all sorts of thrilling adventures with my dad.

First off he was having WAY too much fun with his new GPS, and I'll admit I was enjoying myself as well. Each voice on the machine has a different name, and we started out with Jill. I then went to settings and switched it to someone named Emily, who speaks english with a British accent! After that I discovered Karen, who speaks english with a Australian accent, which I think was totally awesome. Jeff is the man that speaks with a Australian accent, and I think he is quite sexified. Unfortunately my dad switched back to Karen because Jeff was "creeping him out."

So four hours later we checked into the Embassy Suites, which has this really cool whale thing hanging from the ceiling. What was really awesome about it is that there were little ocean figurines handing from strinks to make up the shape of the whale. The breakfast there was awesome, and I think I almost blew a blood vessel trying to figure out how to turn on the shower.

However, before we got to the hotel we went to the High Museum of Art. My plan was to freak my dad out with some modern and comtemporary, and I think I achieved my goal. For one thing he almost ran out of there screaming once he saw a painting of a very large and ugly fat woman that said "try me" above her head. I think I was about to run out of there screaming too.

After the scary painting we decided to go down to the European art section to clear our minds. Pretty much it had the same effect because you know how the European artists were back in the day, they will literally go to amazing lengths to show some boobs in those statues, painting, etc. I just try to ignore it and look at the rest of the picture. I now know what they used for medieval porn.

The next day the first thing we did was walk to the aquarium, which was like... not even a block from the hotel (which had an absolutely AMAZING breakfast btw). Only in Georgia would it have a "NO Fishing Poles" rule stated along with "no food". I got a few good minutes of laughter out of that one. Anyways, I saw a really cool giant Whale Shark and some other extremely large fish.

Unfortunately, the Balugas are in mating season, so we were pretty much seeing two shows for the price of one. XD At least I didn't run away screaming (they actually weren't having sex in front of us) like I did from the painting and the Japanese Spider Crabs.

After the aquarium we walked to the World of Coke, where we went through some exhibits and saw a 4D movie. The movie was on the secret ingredient in Coke, which they tried to say was the person who was drinking it. I was not fooled by their genius ways of distraction.

From there we were able to sample different things Coke makes from around the globe. In all the videos they were tempting you to drink what is called a Beverly from Italy. I naturally tried it. At first it was really good, but the after taste was THE MOST BITTER THING I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend and Aquarius if you are in Asia, even if you are an Aquarius as this will not improve the quality and taste of this really really really gross drink.

That was all we did for the day, and this morning we went to CNN for a morning tour, even though my dad and I both call it the Communist News Network and watch Fox. The tour was really cool, I was able to stand in front of a green screen and watch some guy named Don do a broadcast. We even managed to see Robin Meade (did I spell that right?) finish her show. There was a group of Girl Scouts with us, and when she started texting they were all "Omg! Robin Meade texts!"

When the tour was over we went to the gift shop, where the Girl Scouts tried to buy a group picture they had taken. I guess some lady had snuck into their picture that they didn't even know and had gotten to the kiosk before them and bought their picture! They were so mad, since that was the only copy of the picture and she wasn't even in their group and got the group rate (ten dollars instead of fifteen).

All in all, it was a great three day trip and I had a lot of fun. If you ever go to Atlanta I would recommend getting a CityPass, which gives you a HUGE discount!

Oh yeah, and remember to NEVER drink a Beverly!

Now I really wanna go to Atlanta! XD

And oh man, if the beluga thing bothers you, you would not want to swim with the dolphins in Hawaii, then. All they do is have sex. (Seriously. It's creepy.)

It sounds like you have really looked into this. XD At this one aquarium there was a turtle that was doing it ALL THE TIME. Even with the trainer. Well, he tried with the trainer.

Oh gosh, for a second, I was like, "And the trainer LET HIM?" XD
